Generates an explosion on the arrow in 3 seconds after hitting the target. Explosion causes 3/5/7 points of damage and applies 3/4/5 seconds of debuff "Blindness" and "Slowness Ⅰ" to the target.
Thorn in Flesh
The victim's movement speed will be decreased by 50% for 5/7/9 seconds and the victim will stop moving for every 2.5 seconds due to tremedous pain.
If victim is a player, one's movement speed will only be decreased by 20% and effect of stopping moving will be replaced by taking 1 point of thorn damage.
